Shipping and Returns


Shipping Costs:​ These are automatically applied to your basket when purchasing an item. If you think the amount applied to your purchase is too much, let us know and we can give you a freight credit to apply to you basket, or a gift voucher for your next purchase.

Surfboards & Larger items:​ These will incur a higher shipping charge. Please contact us before making final purchase, and we will advise correct freight cost. We reserve the right to hold the product until the correct shipping has been paid.

Customer returns

​We hate to see people with a product that's not right for them.​​ Hence we will do our best to see our customers are satisfied. Dreamtime aims to comply with NZ customer rights set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993).

In order to conform with this act, we ask that:

  1. We are contacted prior to returning goods by post or courier.
  2. That all goods are returned in the same condition as when you first received them.
  3. All clothing items are returned unworn, unwashed and with original tags.
  4. You please retain original receipt, for return with product.
